TIER 2 G EXTENSION salary criteria

Currently I’ve received TIER 2 (G) in Aug 2013 and expiring in August 2016. I will need to have another 2 years extension to complete 5 years in TIER2.

Question is, Do I need to show an evidence of salary threshold more than 35K annual to be successful for extension. As I’m earning under 30K now.

Please share your thoughts.

but i'll be applying for ILR after completing 5 years on TIER2, does it affect?

After 5 years u need to be on 35 k or soc which ever is higher

Sorry for bother you again,
Does it mean, my salary should be at 35K by current employer by August 2018
or change to another one who can offer £35K.
SOC mean shortage occupation list/code.

Soc mean standard occupation classification
it's a code attached to each job title mentioned in the cos and ur salary needs to be at or above this . Like soc 2119 needs to ve 27200 salary
in 2018 when applying for ilr if ur salary is 35 k or above either by u ll meet the criteria for indefinite leave
