Limited company director - FLR(M) -documents period question

I am self employed - limited company director. I am applying for extension of my wife’s souse visa under FLR (M). In person application date 11th June.

I have couple of questions, would be great if anyone can assist:

My last financial year ended 2014 June. So my 12-month period as the Company Tax Return CT600 is between July 2013 to July 2014. Is it right in my understanding that all the supporting documents, i.e payslip, dividend voucher, company accounts, vat statement must be from this period as well? I find it strange as all these documents are now a year before?

I would like to change the description to read 'I a limited company director....'

It is 12 month accounting year of the company.

I suggest you also provide the supporting documents covering last 2 fiscal financial years and April-Current date.

I submitted my spouse's visa application last week and my company financial year is July-Aug
