Eligibility for ilr

Hi,
My husband works for an It firm.
We are currently on an Tier - 2 ICT visa.
Here are the details of our stay:
Tier 2 ICT Visa stamped - 2 Apr 2010
Arrived in UK - 12 Apr 2010
Departed UK - 4 Feb 2011
Arrived back to UK - 4 Sep 2011( on the same visa)
Staying here till date

I would like to know if we are eligible for ILR in 2016

as per my knowledge , you shd have an extension , coz you have crossed 180 days per yr rule

Could you please explain what do you mean by having an extension, ddo you mean we are not eligible for ilr is it?
