FLR (M) or (FP) with 3/4 payslips

Post by w8in4response » Tue May 26, 2015 8:03 pm

Hi Exps,

I am looking for an advice on processing FLR (M) application for my wife.

She joined me as Tier 1 (General) Dependent in 2011 and currently she is still on same leave (Tier 1 Dependent leave valid till 1 Jul 2015). I received my ILR under 10 years rule and our 2 and half years old daughter has British Passport.

In March this year, I found a job (with salary of £30k), have received 3 payslips from my employer and end of next month will receive 4th payslip. So I am missing 2 payslips beyond the expiry of wife's current leave.

Is there a possibility to apply for FLR (FP) and request 2 months to complete the file with (missing 2 payslips).

Is this something that you will recommend? if so, what is outlook/likelihood of HO considering this?

thanks in advance.
