Maintenance funds

hi all
My employer who is A rated willing to sponsor tier 2 all of a sudden as a surprise. But the problem is I am not maintaining any funds for myself or my wife who is 35 weeks pregnant. I am planning to apply in few weeks time.
What i need to ask my employer so that I do not need to maintain any funds for myself or my wife
Please advice

Ask your employer to tick the "Maintenance from A-rated sponsor" check-box while assigning the COS to you. In that case, you are not required to provide any bank statements with the application.
