Tier 2 Dependent visa

Post by Prasad570 » Thu May 28, 2015 8:58 am

Hi Experts,
I am in Tier 2 General Visa valid up to January 2017 , now I am planning to apply dependent visa for my wife from India. Could you please suggest me whether I have selected right application form from the website

I have selected “ Work - Tier 2 (General) visa - General Partner, up to 3 years” is it right one?

Moreover I am submitting the couple of documents specified below.

For Me
1. Letter from company.
2. Last three months’ payslips.
3. My invitation letter.
4. Cos letter
5. Photo copies of my passport and visa

For her
1. Original passport
2. Marriage certificates
3. Marriage Photo
4. Bank statements (I am maintaining INR 150000(£1500) in her account in India from last three months.)
5. Wedding cards

Could you please tell me the above mention documents are sufficient for the visa.

I greatly appreciate your help.

Many Thanks
Prasad

You have to pay it online as you need the IHS number for the application form. See IHS Surcharge (Click)
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Hi Prasad

below is the link where your dependent needs to fill the form online. In order to this , YOU NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM WITH YOUR EXISTING EMAIL ACCOUNT.

https://visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/home/index

and it will give all the details including NHS Surcharges.

Good luck and let me know if you got any further queries.

deepthi
