PLS URGENT PROOF OF RIGHT TO WORK AFTER APPEAL HEARING

Please i need someone to give me an advise here, am going for an appeal next week Friday for flr fp application i made last August and have also completed 10 years all these have been sent to both tribunal and HO Presenting officer so just waiting for the date.

my worry now is that my employer said she need proof of my right to work by the Monday i will be returning to work, since the letter i gave her stating the date of my appeal for June 5th 2015 will be expiring on that Friday.

Although have explain to her that you don't get decision until like 2 weeks after hearing she listened but i don't think she is confused, so just want to ask do you get any proof on that day to show your employer the outcome and how can i proof to them have still got right to work.

Page 5 of 6, Point 13 says, Your Status While Your Application Is Being Considered: If you apply before the end of your permitted stay in the UK, your existing immigration status, including any permission to work, will continue until your application is decided.

Smir thank you i will be taking that with me on Monday to work, i will update you just pray for me because my barrister said is 50/50, that some of the judge's are now saying the 10 years is after you've been refused just like they told Gbe while the other halve will allow you to make new application.

Whichever way am preparing am just being careful, especially for my work and my dependant i don't want her to have gap as she is here now for 8years, so long residence is her fastest route to ILR.

Did you send an application which is voidable to the Home Office, prior to the appeal.

This will enable them to consent to the matter being dealt with by the Tribunal?

Thanks Obie yes i did send an application that was voided by the Home Office, i just pray the Judge put all these into consideration.

Try and get a concession from the Presenting officer if he agrees that the matter can proceed at the appeal, then fine, otherwise it may be best to pursue a remittal, as that appeal to be the best way to avoid an unpleasant judge.
