Is there any restriction to stay countinuously in uk for t1?

I am going to apply for Tier1 Entrepreneur Visa £2,00,000. Can anyone of you please tell me :

Is there any restriction to stay Continuously (or not to leave) in UK for specific time period or I will must have to get enter in UK after a specific delay under this visa?

I want to apply for the T1 ent visa. I will setup a business over there but I dont want to stay in Uk permenantly. I will setup my business and after that I will come back to my country and i will keep visiting Uk time by time.
Now I want to ask that is there some restriction that u have to stay within Uk for whole period of visa after u get T1?
Or I can leave uk after getting T1and keep visiting uk and able to get extention and ILR?

If you are not resident and paying taxes etc in the UK and exceed the absence limits, you will not qualify for ILR and possibly not an extension either.

Can u plz tell me the limit of absense i should not exceed to secure my extention and ILR after?

So you have to be in UK for at least 6months and 5days every year before you can qualify for ILR.

@ malik10, obviously yes. This is part of the condition for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and it applies to everyone on the visa who want to either apply for extension or are applying for settlement.
