TIER 1 SET(0) ILR - No dependent - Docs checklist

Hi,

I am applying for my ILR extension next week only for myself as my wife is not qualified yet. I tried to find the required document list on this forum. I couldnt find anything relavant to only for the main application. All i could find was the doc list for both main and dependent.

How many years address proof should cover?.

List of documents that i prepared so far:

2 Recent passport photographs
Passport
Biometric residence permit
Letter from accountant confirming that I am director which shows, gross/net profit, tax, dividends, salary with dates(12 months), signed by ACCA.
Payslips for past 12 months (Signed By the Accountant) on company letterhead
Dividend vouchers past 12 months (Signed By the Accountant)
Previous P60's to prove economic activity.
VAT registration documents
Company incorporation certificate.
Personal bank statements for past 12 months.
address proof for the last three months from two different sources
life in uk - pass proof
english language proof.

Extra documents:
Business bank statements

Have I missed anything?. Expecially related to the address proof...

I am not a contractor but try to get Employment History from HMRC and SA100.
Certification of Income.
Sales Summary for the years.
Dividend Summary.

Regarding address proof, How long address proof required for?.

If the application includes dependent, we need to give cohabitation proof for atleast three years. In my case, I am applying on my own only for myself. For how long address proof required?

As a sole applicant you are not required to submit any evidence to prove your address.

The cohabitation requirement does not apply here.
