ILR Income Valid

Post by biqv » Sun Jun 07, 2015 12:16 am

Hi
I am on Tier1 General Visa and working as Contractor. I am withdrawing Salary and Dividends and i am showing them as my income for my ILR this December. Here i have question regarding my Dividends validity.
I have withdrawn most of my salary as dividends sometimes multiple times in a month and my Business Bank account has been always negative as my business account has overdraft facility. I am paying VAT,PAYE/NIC and Corporation Tax.
Will my Dividends valid? Could someone advise me on this??
Thanks

Dear

are you taking salary or dividend as they both are different in nature, if you are taking salary then its doesn't matter if your account goes in over draft but if its a dividend then you are in a mess because dividends are only distribute able after 20% tax from the profit...
