New married application / Appeal ?

Post by chriskv1 » Mon Jun 08, 2015 3:12 pm

My EEA2 Unmarried case was recently rejected with stupid reasons and they called our relationship one of convenience . (Based on my fiance calling our bed my bed and based on her University term time address being our old address :( )

We are getting married while our appeal is pending and I was wondering if we should go ahead with the appeal after we are married or put in a new EEA2 application married (EEAFM) .

We have a lot of new proofs as well.

So whats best in your opinion ?

Get married and continue with your appeal, you risk wasting another 6 months and another refusal with another application. It is very unlikely that you other half would succeed without the help of the judiciary, so stick with it.
