We got visa as team but can i extend visa only for me

Hi
please help me.
Me and my friend got Entrepreneur team visa 2014 March. My friend 10 year completing 2015 August so he is trying to apply long resident visa which is PR. My question is if he apply for PR this year i hope his Entrepreneur visa will cancel and he will get PR. So my visa will cancel as well or not? because we applied as team.
Pls answer anyone before he apply for visa

yes you can


but first director giving you letter saying you are only one director now and he sold his business to you and he took goodwill money at our back of country.. thts it its all showing in affidavit form or any accountant write this statement for you
