EEA family permit from Ireland

Hi friends,

Sorry if it is repeated topic as I haven't seen any topic.

Want to apply for EEA family permit for UK from Ireland on surinder Singh. Just not sure which online form to fill and what is the fee from Dublin ( I know it's free but their is 3rd party involve in Ireland ) . Can any body who resently applied ?? Please share thire experience.
