Have anybody even used Natwest advantage travel insurance to apply for french Schengen visa

Any genuine travel insurance can be used. I used the travel insurance I had as a benefit through my Barclays current account and got my visa without any problems.

I have the related question too. My Natwest Current Account comes bundled with travel insurance. How can I request for a letter from the bank stating that I am the policyholder and how long it is valid for? So far the documents they gave me pertain to their general policies.
