India National Tier 2 Application from Singapore-Urgent Help

Dear Experts,

I need an urgent help ....

I am an Indian national currently living in Singapore and planning to file my tier 2 application from Singapore.

My Question is :-

Should I need to undergo for Tuberculosis screening since I'm a national citizen of Appendix T country (India), But currently I am living in Singapore and applying from Singapore which is not in the list of countries in Appendix T. I'm in very confusion state, Please help me to reply my query.

What all mandatory documents are required to file application in Singapore for other country nationals (India).

Anyone in a similar situation or applied from Singapore before, please help answer above queries.

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen,applied from Belgium and had same question regarding TB certificate.
Belgium is not part of Appendix T and there was no UKBA authorized TB test center.

As per my understanding; there was no need for me to provide TB test reports.
As a backup; I had got the TB tests done from a Belgian hospital (This was not UKBA authorized) and had attached reports with the application.

Not sure yet if that was necessary.
I am not an expert; so better check with others.

I am sure this question has been asked before in this forum.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion. Have you had your visa stamped ?

I believe UKBA accept test reports only from their authorized center and Singapore is not having any authorized TB test center. But, as a workaround I should also go for the same way as you did to be a safer side.

according to A39 of the immigration rules:

Any person making an application for entry clearance to come to the UK for more than six months ..., having been present in a country listed in Appendix T for more than six months immediately prior to their application must present, at the time of application, a valid medical certificate ...
