Just in case this helps others.
I submitted my application at Croydon and was granted ilr.
Thanks to everyone
Docs submitted as below :-
1) Application Form - Set O
2) Photographs
3) Passports
4) BRP Card
5) 12 months payslips
6) Original bank statements
7) 5 years P60
8 Life in the UK Pass Notification letter
9) Cambridge English language Certificate
10)Letter of absences provided by my current employer.
11) For holidays taken with my previous emplyer(14 days) I submitted the orginal payslips, Orginal bank statements covering those periods, print out of Air Ticket, and UK entry stamp in passport. (Not sure if this all are necessary, thats the only thing I had to show as proof)
12) I also gave an employer letter stating my employment details. (Not sure if this is necessary)
