HO failed to take payment!

Hello,

So I called my bank today and they told me that someone tried to take out the sum of £1005 on the 6th of June but weren't able to because the security code they entered was incorrect. :evil:

I gave all of my card details, and I remember writing the correct security number.

What can I do now? It's been over 8 days, I haven't received a letter or anything, only an acknowledgment e-mail sent to my mothers email address and not mine for some reason!

Do I now have to re-apply and submit a whole new application ALL OVER AGAIN!? Because the NCS took of the original UK Test and English Exam Qualifications to be sent to the Home Office and I don't want to spend another £250 doing all over those again! :evil:

I'm almost certain a call to their 0300 number would suffice, they're master of taking money out -in record time. :mrgreen:

I would but their call centre is closed on weekends. :(

I feel like my application is now going to get rejected and sent back because they failed to put in the correct security code. :evil: :cry:

If you provided all the correct payment details and have sufficient funds or credit with your bank the HO can't fail your application due to an error on their part.

They will surely write to you and give so many days for a second payment attempt or alternate payment method.

Similar cases here, some due to applicant error & some due to HO error - and the people all got second chances:

They will send a payment slip for you to fill out and send it back to them.
Naturalisation timeline: EEU PR
Application date: 17-03-2015
Fee deducted : 24-03-2015
Acknowledgment email : 25-03-2015
Approval date : 02-04-2015
Ceremony: 28-04-2015

Is there like a specific time they debit does anyone know??
