Applied June Using Old AN Form, please advise

Hi All,

I submitted my Naturalisation Application on 03.06.2015 via NCS. The Home Office has updated the AN Form in end of May-15, However The NCS did not informed me about the update and I have submitted the old form. The NCS lady said Home Office is still accepting the Old form. Will it affect on my application? Will they ask me to sent new form?

The fact that NCS accepted your application and forwarded it probably helps.

Other people are in a similar position - there is mention here of 21 days grace when forms change:

true but there was a form released in March 2015 as well so the OP has June 2014 let's hope they don't reject it . I haven't seen anywhere that they've ever rejected an application cos of the wrong version of the form

It doesn't mention validity or expiry of forms as such but interestingly:

6.4.4 These forms have no statutory basis and their use is not compulsory.
