Switch to Tier 2 General

Hi ,

Could anyone please let me know if there is a cooling period as per new rules to switch from Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General? I am aware that I need to go to home country for application and need a restricted CoS for Tier 2 application in first instance.

No cooling-off from dependent to main application.
