Applying for 200K Ent Visa. question

Hi there,
I am planning to apply for Tire 1 Ent visa from New Delhi under 200K route.
Can someone please confirm me if 200,000 pounds have to be in bank account for at least 90 days before applying?

I have 200,000 in my account and it is my money I just got after selling some of my properity two weeks ago. I do not want to wait for 90 days to apply as there is always chances that UKBA may change the rules in near future.
Senior members please advise.

theres no req for the funds to be 90 days old so you can apply whenever you want.bt according to new policy they can ask for source of funds
