UK visit visa -Payslips

Hi,
I receive my payslips every month on 20th. I am going to apply for my parents visit visa on 22 July so I can't include 20th July payslips as I have to send documents to India ,which I would be send around 05 July. So if I send Jan 2015 - June 2015 payslips,with most recent bank statement (I can manage rest of the document) would that be OK as my last payslip more than 30 days?

Should be fine. Also to be on safer side you can send the Soft copy of your latest payslip..

whats the complete procedure to apply a visit or invite your parent or sister

Payslips should be fine

You need to provide Sponsorship Letter and maintain adequate amount for last 90 days to cover maintainence for your family.
Also they need to show sufficient documents in home town to prove they will return back from UK .
