ILR dependant after April6 2016 new rule

there is no such category as "dependants of ilr", so not sure what you meant


35K requirement applies only to tier 2 migrants, and not to their (or anyone else's) dependants

dependants often don't work at all, you know -- they stay, erm, dependant

If I am a dependant of a Tier1 migrant and stayed in uk for 5 years under dependant visa. When I apply for my ILR do I need to make 35 k salary??
