Moving from WP to HSMP

Hi,

I have been in UK for the last 2 years on WP from an indian company. I have now got my HSMP stamping done. What are the implications of getting the HSMP. Can I still work from the same employer in the same role. As the Visa changed from WP to HSMP, Do I need to leave the current employer and look for a new one?

What are the legal implications when changing the VISA status from WP to HSMP.

No implications. You can work for whoever you like, inscluding your current employer.
