ILR-Dependent child apply after 23days current visa expires

Hi All,

My friend Tier 1(G) main applicant applying ILR on 23th Feb 2016(as per rule).

Tier 1 (G) dependent child valid visa up to 31st January 2016.
my query is, Dependent child can apply ILR after 25 days current visa expires ? or dependent child have to go for one more extension then go for ILR.

Why is child's leave not in-line with your friend's?

What's the status of child's other parent? When will child's other parent obtain ILR?

Child's other parent have valid visa until mid of February 2018, eligible for ILR on end of 2018(need one more extn)

Friend T 1(G) applying for ILR
child T 1 dependent first entry Nov 2013

Child should extend as a PBS dependant, in-line with other parent's leave, before child's leave expires.

Just got another question, if Tier 1(G) dependent child has valid visa (entry Nov 2013) and eligible for ILR on Feb 2016 with main applicant?
