victim of Identity theft

Post by pakhtoon 1 » Mon Jun 29, 2015 11:12 pm

I was arrested on Suspicion of robbery in 2011 but then it was proven that someone is using my identity. I recenlty have done RCB check and the arrest was recorded and stated with it " no further action taken". In March 2015 I have submitted application for naturalisation. Do you think HO hold me responsible for this or will it have impact on my application. I haven't heard anything from HO yet.

15 days After I submitted application, I send them a letter for explaining what happened
