special child clearance?

any restrictions/problems on entry clearance for a special child after principal applicant gets hsmp initial approval?

There should not be any, so far the child is ur dependant and you can prove it.

a child with cerebral palsy - completely dependent on parental care - in other words, is in a vegetative state; but is not on medication.
