Main applicant on ILR - Dependent on Tier -1 General Dep

Post by uk2k10 » Thu Jul 02, 2015 10:32 am

Hello Friends

Main applicant on ILR - Dependent on Tier -1 General Dependent

Have a few queries

I am on ILR and my partner on Tier-Gen Dependent visa (valid till 2017)
-- Can she stay on Tier-Gen Dependent visa till 2017

She will not complete the required 5 years by that time, will need another few months around 6-8
-- Will she be allowed to extend her Tier-Gen Dependent visa even though I will be British Citizen by then

Or alternatively she applies spouse visa (but I guess this will reset her clock and she will have to complete 5 years all over again)
