Just trying to work out why application valid but further enq required!

Immigration History section 5 advice...

Post by HB1 » Fri Jul 03, 2015 4:14 pm

FLR M after 30mth spouse visa : Already submitted at PEO got further letter galid but further ena, trying to put mind at rest!

Question 5.1
Did you enter legally : we answered yes, spouse was illegal then left on own basis to go home and apply for uk spouse visa which was approved so for flr m extension he did enter legally (they will have prev immigration history so not trying to hide anything) Is this right?

Looking accross all forums minus one post it indicates that this is based on current visa as are the other questions as he did enter legally.

Worried as application already submitted but went on what we thought question meant!

5.6 Have you been deported or required to leave: Answered no as he left without being asked to....this is correct to ans NO?

5.7 Have u remained past validity of visa? Answred NO as he came with no visa so never had one.

Again him being here illegal before coming lawfully was declared on spouse visa applied for outside uk

Thanks for any help

Anyone answer the above did we answer correct so scared they say we are hiding things when we assumed based upon on latest entry as was all legal? Think we have it right as surely as i thought they can see previous info from application abroad which shows he left at no cost and without being asked and never had visa just a worried new mummy!
