If there is no war in your country and you have investment then best will be your own country.

I saw an article on this recently, and I think Bulgaria had the lowest investment requirement in the EU.

@Richard, I saw that Bulgharia needs 500, 000 Euros. My budget is 85, 000 Euros, please let me know the country in my budget.

Sorry, it was Latvia not Bulgaria. It looks like Euro 150k is needed. But check their immigration website to know for sure.

I don't know any more than you do, @ranhassan. Do an Internet search on what you need and research yourself. Many hits come up for this. Also, go to each EU country's immigration web site and see what the investor requirements are.

3. If i have the money like you then simply buy a home in my homeland and put it on rent while keep checking the growth in its value. Real estate business in every country except war zone always yield best outcome at back home.

Ukraine and Turkey are not part of the EU.

Not all the EU countries offer these business investment schemes.

You're not going to find much than that. Plop down $100k USD, have a clean criminal record, and they'll give you a passport valid for most countries.

I don't think there shouldn't be any country where cheaper than that investment will need. Maybe east or west Africa come in your budget.

Brazil only requires an investment of 150,000 BRL (about 43,000 EUR). And you get permanent residence. Maybe you may wish to try that.
