Residence Card of a Family Member of a Union Citizen

Hello,
I am a non-European Married to a Romanian citizen that is working as a freelancer in Italy where we currently live.
I have just received the "Residence Card of a Family Member of a Union Citizen" with 5 yeas expiration date, yet remain unsure what does it entitles me.

1. Does it provide work permit for me in Italy? If not what process should I go through ?
2. Does It give my rights In any other EU country except for entering with no Visa?
