EEA (PR) form

Post by mojo78 » Thu Jul 09, 2015 4:26 pm

Hello,

I have just read that if one applies using the old EEA form, but pays the correct fee the application can't be refused.
Has anyone tried that? I obviously would prefer to fill the older form as it asks for less information and is less confusing IMHO.

Yeah, it is taken off from the official website, but you can still download it from other websites.

They should not be able to refuse though according to

One can always argue if they do.
