My wife has a 5 year eea resident card
I am Irish national and my wife is a Thai national living in uk we are married over 3 years
Her 5 year resident card expires in 2017

My quirey is ...

I hear of a new rule coming into affect in 2016 about non eu nationals
Need to earn £35,000 to stay in the country will this apply to me or my wife !!!

It is not relevant to EU citizens or family members with a residence card. This new income requirement is for Tier 2 General visas only.
