Can i apply for ILR??

One of my friend has Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa (3 year),
Now planning to apply Tier2 dependent visa.
1.Can switch ?? if yes in or out of UK??
2.Can apply for ILR based on Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) (3 Year) + Tier2 Dependent visa (2 Year).
Your valuable advice appreciate.

No, because "you" cannot apply for ILR based on your "friend's" immigration history.

With regards to your questions regarding your "friend":
1. Yes, I believe so (319C(h)). Switching means "applying for leave to remain" in a different immigration category from within the UK.
2. No.

Hi Sushadmehta, Thanks for your reply ! Certainly I know I can not apply ILR based on my Friends immigration history ! Above questions I post for my fiend, Sorry for error
