Tier 2 ICT - ILR Possible?

Post by Rajendra » Tue Jul 14, 2015 11:20 am

I am in UK on a Tier 2 ICT Visa , and details are as below:

My Visa got stamp in 22 Sep 2009.

1. Sep -2009 I got Visa Stamped ( Visa Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer - Long term) Migrant.
(From - 22/09/09 till 22/10/2011)

2. Visited London First time on 12th Oct 2010

3. Till date I got renewal from London. I stayed continuously in London and there is no gap beyond 40 days every year.

My questions are:

1. Am I eligible for ILR after I complete 5 years in 2015?

Will really appreciate your genuine help !!

Yes: because you applied for entry clearance before 6 April, 2010.

Thanks for Reply.

I have one more question.

Currently My company is not giving me letter for ILR..

So Is that possible to get ILR with out Company letter?
Is there any alternative?

Nope. One of the requirements is that the company writes a letter saying that your employment continues to be needed... do they have to know it's for ILR??

You might be able to find a new sponsor and switch to Tier 2 General (RLMT necessary) and then apply for ILR?

Changing VISA and ILR possible?

Post by Rajendra » Sat Mar 19, 2016 8:46 pm

Currently My company is not giving me letter for ILR..

So I am changing the VISA to tier 2 general. by April first week. and planning to run the salary for Current employer and new employer salary at end of April month.

ON May 1 week I am planning for ILR.

So my queries are please answer it

1. IS it possible to run the salary for both the employer for 1 month(ie is April end) ?

2. Do I am eligible to work in my old company after I get the start date of the new company. Because if I do not have sufficient days to serve notice period in my old company, what option do I have?

3. I am planning to apply ILR after 1 month of joining the new company. In that case do I need to submit 1 month payslip of new company or 1 month payslip of new company plus 11 month payslip of old company.?

Please reply to my queries
