Past Earnings - Clarification needed

Hi,

Please read my case below.

I am planning to apply for HSMP in september 2007 ( end of this month).

I plan to show my past earnings from July 2006 to June 2007.

I have my Form 16 - which states my Gross salary from Apr 2006 to March 2007.

I have my signed and sealed salary slips from November 2006 to June 2007.I tried to get the signed salary slips from July 2006 to October 2006.But unfortunately my company payroll does not have my salary slip for those months.I am not sure what to do now. Is there any other way i can show my salary for those months ( July 2006 to October 2006 ).

I have my bank statements for the salary credited from July 2006 to June 2007.

What piece of eveidence must i show now for those 4 months from July 2006 to October 2006.

A letter from the employer confirming the payments were made.
