perhaps try again, in English this time?
I am not, and cannot, offer legal advice to particular people. I can only discuss general areas of immigration law.

People should always consider obtaining professional advice about their own particular circumstances.

Same with avjones; speaking in text-message English won't help many people understand what you're asking.

But I get it - you entered on 2 November 2006? If so, then you can apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) on 2 November 2008 LESS 28 DAYS. Which would be...4th October 2008? Excuse my counting...it's the middle of the night! If your visa expires before then....then you will need to use the FLR form to apply for further leave to remain under the spouse visa category.

PLEASE remember you need to take the Life in the UK test to apply for ILR. Take this well in advance, so that if you don't pass the first time, you have time to take it again.

And...yes, if you travel on a spouse visa, you can certainly return to the UK with no problems, as long as the visa is still valid.
