ILR - Previous Earnings (Middle of Month?)

Hi All,

I have my ILR coming up in 3 weeks time. Am on Tier 1 (General) Visa and basically am self-employed.

Since am self-employed I will bill my customer once in 45 days or 2 months.

My question is regarding the time frame for previous earnings.

Can I show the income for 1 full year using the middle of months i.e. For example 15/07/2014 to 14/07/2015 ? or it has to be 12 full months ? Would like to use middle of months because, I have money coming in on 18 July 2014 & 10 July 2015.

Any help appreciated.

You can use any date in the month and more than once as well.

What I meant was, the money can be earned sometimes more than once in a month. And specially in self employment cases when you have more than 1 client, you may get paid at different dates in a month. And it shouldn't matter how many times you get paid as long as you provide invoices and bank statements to show that it has been credited.
