EU1 Application

I want to make EU1 Application as non-EEA dependent of EU Citizen (Brother).

EU1 form requires the submission of original passports of applicant and EU Citizen. My question: Is it possible to make EU1 application without submitting original passports i.e. just submitting the attested copies of passports of applicant and EU Citizen.

Please let me know.

You will have to submit original passport, even certified copies r not acceptable. If u don't submit the original it will delay ur application.
If the EU citizen wants to travel and needs the passport, maybe u can then send certified copy of the passport with proof e.g ticket
