90-day entry stamp expired?

90-day entry stamp expired?

Hi
Me and My wife send the EU1 Application Just before end of 90 Day stamp , only 2 more days to expire , do we need to go to Garda or wait for the reply from EU Treaty Rights Unit ?

Wait for the reply from eu treaty right section. Thts not a problem if ur 90 days stamp expires. They usually take about a month to send u letter,

It's not a problem. You have an EU Treaty Rights application ongoing and so deportation is not an issue.
