Visa fees for switching to new employer

I am currently on Tier 2 visa for 3 years and I am switching the to new sponsor and job. What will be my visa fees for this category.

ON UKBA website I can see 2 options and I am confused under which category I will apply:

-General, Sportsperson, Minister of Religion, ICT - long term (up to 3 years) : £ 951
-Extend or switch in the UK :£651

Can someone clear under which category I will be applying ?
