Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hello.

I came to UK in the end of April 2012 on Tier 2 Long Term ICT with my family. My questions are:

1. Can I move from Tier 2 Long term ICT to Tier 2 General
2. Is my current employer allowed to process Tier 2 general visa instead of Long term ICT when this comes for renewal
3. Am I allowed to change jobs whilst I am on Tier 2 Long term ICT to a different employer without leaving UK

2. Is my current employer allowed to process Tier 2 general visa instead of Long term ICT when this comes for renewal NOT without 12 months cooling period
3. Am I allowed to change jobs whilst I am on Tier 2 Long term ICT to a different employer without leaving UK Not possible with present rules
