COURT PROCEEDING AND STAGES

Hi All,

I need some help on understanding of court proceeding and what stages are involved.

well, I have an flro application pending. based on article 8, family/private life.
if my application is refused and if i go got JR, how long is the duration to hear from the court/home office ?
if again, JR is dismissed what is the next step ?
and in the meantime of JR, if i complete 10 years, will the court/or home office consider the case under 10 year basis ?


please advise..
