Clarification about Prev Earning

Post by dev » Mon Sep 24, 2007 3:53 am

Hi folks,

I am claiming prev earning from Sep 06 to Aug 07, which is not covering Tax peroid in india.
Just to add a bit of spice to it, i have changed my job in this period.

Previous EMP
Sep 06 to 10-Jan-07
Company - AAAA
Salaried Bank - BBBB

Present EMP
18-Jan-07 to Aug 07
Company - CCCC
Salaried Bank - DDDD

In this scenario, documents i am submitting are

Present EMP - All originals
1.Sign n sealed Payslips from Jan 07 to Aug 07
2.Letter from employer stating my gross income for the peroid mentioned above.
3.Form 16 for the period mentioned above.
4.Bank Statement as well from Feb 07 to Aug 07.... Jan salary was given in cheque.
Even Excluding the Bank statement , am giving 3 corroborating evidences and this should be fine.No hassles here :D

Previous EMP - All originals
1.Sign n sealed Payslips from sep 06 to 10-Jan-07
2.Form 16 for the period Apl 06 to Jan 07
here i will not be able to demonstrate clearly my earnings for the period claimed(sep 06 to 10-Jan-07), as it covers from Apl 06 to Jan 07
3.Bank Statement from Sep 06 to Dec 06, Final settlement was given in *cheque*.
I am not able to show the Jan salary in bank statement even though i am producing salary slip
4.I could not get letter from previous employer.... strange

For Previous employer period, i am able to give 2 piece of evidence payslips and bank statement.
But for January i am not able to clearly demonstrate my Jan salary from previous employer. ie from 01-Jan-07 to 10-Jan-07.

so if caseworker ignores this period 01-Jan-07 to 10-Jan-07 or January 07 altogether,
considering 11 months out of 12 from Sep 06 to Aug 07 still i will be securing required 75 points.

Let me know my documents are ok.

Regards,
Dev

Hi All

This is regarding pay slips.
My employer has a policy of not signing the pay slips.Whats the alternative for that.
So can I try and get the salary slips which are issued online, printed on company head paper. Will I need to have them signed as well.?
Will that work, Please help?

Regards
HM
