Long Processing Time for Tier 2 ICT

Applied for Tier 2 ICT on 22nd May 2015. Gave interview on 4th June 2015. I am still waiting for a decision. Can anyone let me know whether in such complex cases the 90 day timeline is honored by Immigration Department or not ? Also, the customer care that they have is useless as they never have the actual relevant status of our VISA process. Please can someone throw some light on this issue.
