Hey again.. slightly confused again about my 5year continuous stay for ILR.
My T1 general started on 06/04/2011 and was till 01/04/2013. But i applied extension slightly earlier as my earning band wasn't falling right towards the end of expiry, so when i received my visa, it was from 12/03/2013 and valid until 12/03/2016. And total days out of UK up until now are around 80days and have no plans to go out of UK until after i get my ILR.
Now my question/confusion is, based on applying 28days early for ILR when will I be eligible to apply for ILR? :?

My confusion here is, an year counts as Jan to Dec.
So my question is, as my visa started on 6th of April 2011, will I complete 5 years on 6th of March 2016 in HO eyes?
If yes, then does that mean i can apply 28 days before 6th of March 2016?
