Hi Gurus,
Does my company need to advertise at Jobcentre Plus Universal Jobmatch service ?
Because according to the guide line exceptions to this rule for

28.19 (e) Jobs where the annual salary package will be £72,500 or more.

So, if my salary is more than £72,500 then it will not require to advertise Jobcenter Plus.

But they are following other two methods of advertisement
i.e.
1. Recruitment agency and head-hunters clause 28.38
2. Internet clause 28.41

Please can anyone confirm me that in this case Jobcentre Plus Universal Jobmatch advertisement is required or not?

According to guideline 28.19 (e) exceptions to this .

Please tell me my understanding is right or not from the guideline.
