Salary Criteria for Shortage Occupation List Employees

Hi,
My job falls under SOC code 2442 social worker (Child Care Officer). I will be applying for ILR in 80/2019. Please advice me on salary criteria for ILR as it is quite confusing either 35000 or I get exempted from 35K. Kind request to clarify. I would be very grateful for your help.

If you continue in the same job until 2019 then min. salary requirements will not apply to you (presently mentioned in Appendix I under 245HF(d)(iii)(1)).
