3 months going to to india for personal work-will it impact?

Hi HSMP Gurus,

I'm right now in UK in HSMP Visa.I'm going to my country for my personal work for 3 months.My visa is valid till may 2009.I want to clarify two things
1. whether my visa will exists when I be back to UK after 3 months.
2. Is that we have to contact some person on the immigration board and convey that I'm going to my country and will be back?
