Salary & Dividend - (CT600 Period or Last 12Months)

Hi All

I am a British Citizen, my wife is on a Dependant Visa which was granted on 21/03/2013 and is valid until 21/09/2015, her visa is now due for a renewal for another 2 1/2 years under the 5 year route.

I operate through a Limited Company, my wife and myself are 50% Share Holders as we being both Director's of the Company. My last Company tax year account period is 01/02/2014 to 31/01/2015. As part of the requirement, I am providing all the accounts for 2014/2015 received from my Accountant.

However, event after reading FLR(M) Application, Guidance, Appendix FM_SE, Financial Requirement, I am confused and have the following query.

Do I have to provide evidence of Salary & Dividends during the CT600 Company Tax Period (01/02/2014 to 31/01/2015) OR 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months?

I will be thankful to anyone who can provide a response on the above please.

i am on same boat adn posted similar kind of question in forum. but like u i am still waiting answer from experts.
may company financial year is same like urs feb2014-jan2015 but i am also doing a security job with a company.i am applying my wife visa nxt month so confused should i provide dividend voucher from feb2014-jan2015 or latest? also from my other jobs which time period of salary slips i should provided feb2014-jan2015 ???

As per the rules, they will be expecting to see your fiscal year documents which means April 2014 to April 2015, i would suggest you to provide your financial year (01/02/2014 to 31/01/2015) + latest time period documents (payslips, dividend vouchers, bank statements)

If you want to be more safe side, you can also provide all the documents related to previous fiscal year (Jan 2013 to April 2014). This is just an extra measure considering the recent rejections for the silly reason that missing documents.

Latest period in the sense, duraton covering from Feb 2015 to till date

As i pointed earlier you have to provide your financial year (01/02/2014 to 31/01/2015) all supporting documents + latest time period (Feb 2015 to till date ) documents (payslips, dividend vouchers, bank statements)
