Contractor SELF BILLING

Dear All,

Please help me I am IT Contractor and will be going for PEO appointment soon.

I work through agency and agency raise SELF BILLS / INVOICE to clients ? I want to know what these invoices are acceptable by HO or I have to generate my own Invoices ?

Any help / comments welcome

The invoices should have your company details and the agency details that which is paying into your business account.

So you should create invoices billing your agency for the work you have done.

Self billing is fine (construction industry use it as the norm) but it's good practice to raise you own invoices for record keeping purposes, remember to number them sequentially, it's a legal requirement.
